Item Sets Dialog Icons

This section describes the functions of the icons at the top of the Item Sets dialog.

Setting	Description
New Item Set	Inserts a new entry for an item set in the list box. When you create a new entry for an item set, a new item set entry also is added to the Named Groups dialog. `ITEMSET` `CREATE` `<itemset name>`
Import Item Sets	Opens the Item Set Import dialog, which allows you to import a previously saved item set. Imported item set files have a CSV file extension. `ITEMSET` `IMPORT` `<csv filename>`
Show Items	Opens the Element Information Dialog, which lists all of the elements in the item set.
Model Transparency	Displays the entire model in transparent white. When on and you select one or more item sets, it displays the item sets in either their original color (if they are not active) or in the color selected in Color field. `ITEMSET` `MODELTRANSPARENCY` `ON` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `MODELTRANSPARENCY` `ADD` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `MODELTRANSPARENCY` `OFF` `<itemset name>`
Highlight Item Sets	Highlights the element(s) in the selected item set. `ITEMSET` `HIGHLIGHT` `ON` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `HIGHLIGHT` `ADD` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `HIGHLIGHT` `<itemset name>` `off`
Zoom to Item Sets	Zooms to the element(s) in the selected item set to the view. `ITEMSET` `ZOOM` `<itemset name>`
Isolate Item Sets	Isolates the element(s) in the selected item set. `ITEMSET` `ISOLATE` `ON` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `ISOLATE` `ADD` `<itemset name>` `ITEMSET` `ISOLATE` `OFF` `<itemset name>`
Add Elements to Item Set	Allows you to graphically select elements with the mouse to add them to the selected item set. An item set that includes the results of a query is locked against this tool or a drag/drop operation. In this case, a dialog opens to allow the results to be modified. The Selection Expression is then set to Manual selection.
Remove Elements from Item Set	Allows you to graphically select elements with the mouse to remove them from the selected item set. An item set that includes the results of a query is locked against this tool or a drag/drop operation. In this case, a dialog opens to allow the results to be modified. The Selection Expression is then set to Manual selection.
Delete Selected Item Sets	Deletes the selected item set. `ITEMSET` `DELETE` `<itemset name>`
Select Elements in Item Set	Adds the element(s) in the selected item set(s) to the selection set.
Search for Items	Opens the Item Set Search dialog to set up or update a search for items in the design. `ITEMSET` `QUERY` `<itemset name>` `<selection expression>` `ITEMSET` `QUERY` `<itemset name>` `<query filename>`
Rebuild Selected Item Sets	Re-executes the query displayed in the Selection Expression field. Before running the query, an alert box opens stating that all selected item sets with a Selection Expression will be rebuilt with new search results. If you click Yes, the query is re-executed.
